After this post I'll have officially caught up with posting past projects. If I want to post some more, I'm going to have to pull out the sewing machine!
Who could fail to fall in love with this pattern? When I saw it back in 2006, I thought instantly: "Ah ha, Easter!" It was the ideal Easter dress for 2007. I used it again for my birthday in 2008, and just recently for a graduation party.It's so sweet, so feminine, so youthful, so very, very 40's. Though I'm generally a 50's sort of girl, I adore an occasional 40's look, and whenever I wear this dress I feel so period, and, oddly enough, like a princess. I don't think anything is better for the mood of a young lady than a white dress in the summer, with pearl earrings and a red rose.
