Originally I was going to use butterick 3759, but I haven't yet scanned it and I couldn't stand to cut the pattern until I had - then I realised that Burda's Danielle dress was just very similar. I created a slightly modern twist by adding add a shelf bra so that the top sat perfectly. This is made from a lovely soft stretch cotton and I plan on making another this week - though I'll omit the band and skirt darts this time and instead ease the skirt in. I'm very happy with the results and can't begin to describe how comfy it is!
