It's a birthsday's gift for a young lady, called Héloïse.
The dress comes from the Simplicity 8225 vintage pattern (1969). The jacket comes from the Simplicity 8084 vintage pattern (1990). It's quite modified : I opened it in the front and added a ribbon.
