I'm finally posting a pic of a dress I finished several months ago. I used a vintage pattern, and fabric from a huge bolt that I got via Freecycle.
I apologize for the fuzzy picture, but Charlotte was too excited to stand still. She LOVES dresses.
I also finished another summer dress. I made it from a vintage hairdresser gown that I found at a thrift shop. I modified bodice A from McCall's 5613, added some scrap fabric and vintage buttons from my stash and voila!
Pretty darn cute.
