Ive been wanting to make this dress for some time. After I worked out the kinks (all documented on the blog), I finally started with the real reason I wanted to make this pattern, so I could use the mid 40s fabric on the navy dress. Ive wanted to use that vintage cotton for months. I LOVE the dress. Im going to make tons more.
