I had seen some "low waist" styles in the Grace Kelly exhibition in London a few months back. I think it's still on in the V&A for everyone in and near London. It's beautiful and very inspiring. Anyway, I adored the lower waisted shirt dress in the exhibition and was looking for a similar pattern until this one popped up.
