Muslin Malaise and a cure!

I'd been going through a bit of a letdown after finishing up my wearable muslin of the Nemesis Pattern. I needed to kick it and made a wearable muslin of a modern Vogue and that really did something for me, I guess.

Today's project was to grade up a skirt pattern from the 1930s and make a wearable muslin. Unbelievably, I was able to accomplish that goal with very little moaning and gnashing of teeth. Although, my oldest child who was home sick from school provided a soundtrack of documentaries detailing natural disasters and the like. So it made for an INTERESTING day.
