I am new to the site so here’s my introduction. I’ve been sewing since I was in elementary school. While in college, I worked in our theatre’s costume shop where my specialty was steel boned corsets. I love vintage clothing and sewing my own outfits with vintage inspiration. I’m usually drawn to the late 1950s and early 1960s, but I’ll dabble in the 1930s and 1940s occasionally. If I could I would quit my day job and just sew all day long.
I’m getting married later this year and am bringing lots of those fun vintage elements into the wedding. I also have a really adorable boxer who I adopted through a rescue for deaf animals.
