This photo is one of the many circle skirts that I have made. Thanks to my Grandma, I am obsessed! She told me how to make a full circle skirt.... I then moved onto making 1/2, 3/4 and 1/4 circle skirts. I decided to share this info by creating a tutorial, which you can find here
