I love this pattern and have made two versions of the shorts (View C) here and here.

Today, as part of Self-Stitched September, I wore View A. I made them out of lovely black linen and shortened them to capri length. I love the classic style. They are also my first item for my Hepburn Hepburn Project.

The Hepburn Hepburn Project

I've always loved Audrey Hepburn's and Katharine Hepburn's timeless style. Crisp oxford shirt and trousers for Kate and slim cigarette trousers and ballet neck tops for Audrey. Beautiful! Thinking about their style, I decided that it would be the ideal project for my fall and winter sewing.
