I just posted this at my blog, but I thought it might be of interest to my fellow vintage pattern collectors here. I think the good designers at Ikea had us sewists and pattern hoarders in mind when they designed the Aneboda chest of drawers, because they fit patterns in perfectly. It's deep enough to fit the tall Vogue ones in standing up:
and wide enough to fit five rows of Simplicity patterns across:
and you can see your beautiful patterns through the translucent front as well:
I have two of these babies, and together they fit my 700+ patterns in easily, with room for further additions of course!
