I Get By With A Little Help From My Friends

My (male) cousin is looking for a vintage one piece bathing suit...you know the kind that looks like a wrestling uniform. I told him if I could locate a pattern I'd make him one. Any ideas on finding such a creature? I'm not having any luck so far. Thanks in advance!
