Introductions - Kat's Creations

Hi All!  My name is Kat and I blog over at Kat's Creations.  I have been reading the Sew Retro blog ever since I started blogging but have only just joined.  I would like to start sewing more vintage patterns and thought this would be the best way to motivate myself.  I currently have a pair of shorts and a top that I am going to make from a vintage pattern.  Although I have not sewn any vintage patterns as yet I have sewn vintage reproduction patterns.  My favourite being Simplicity 3078 which I used to sew a 50's style dress for my friends Tiki themed 21st birthday.

I am really looking forward to joining the Sew Retro community and making a lot more vintage inspired pieces in the future!
