Finally I've finished this restyle of a vintage 80's skirt and blouse 2 piece. It was all going swimmingly until I got to the collar...Why I thought it would be easy I don't know. I've never made anything with a collar before,let alone draft my own. But being the eternal optomist that I am (most of the time) I gave it my best shot and this is what happened (eventually!!)...
