Retro fans, I could do with your advice. My second homemade dress lacks a certain je ne sais quoi. What do you think I should add to retrofy it? A bow? Pleating? Peter pan collar? Fabric-covered buttons? Ruffle? Key hole cut out? Lacy panel? Thoughts, tips and tricks appreciated.
