This is Butterick 4127 from I think circa 1965 (please correct me if I'm wrong as I couldn't find any date markings on the pattern cover or instructions)
I decided on making a tie belt for the dress because it looked a bit 'sack-like' on me and preferred a bit more shape around the wasteline!
